The Features of the Saint Lazarus Church Cruise
The Cruzeiro de São Lázaro rests on four quadrangular steps and in the center, on a square plinth with a chamfer, sits a prismatic monolithic base decorated on each edge by acanthus leaves that define an oval frame on each face made of granite.
This supports a bell-shaped column with a cushion and a gome-shaped abacus, topped by a Latin cross with a circular section with thickened terminals and ball finishes and a crucified Christ with an illegible cartouche.
Its probably construction dates back to the 18th century and in 1976 it was placed in the space where it is today.
Religious, baroque architecture. Crossroads cross, baroque, with prismatic base decorated with acanthus leaves and ovals, bell-shaped column, gomo capital, Latin cross with point and ball finial and crucified Christ.
